What?

This is the basic beginner’s class to learn how to do stained glass. You will learn how to prep and cut out your pattern. After selecting your glass for your project, you will learn how to cut and shape the glass to your pattern. The next step is to apply the copper foil to the edges of the glass and burnish it down. Then you will learn to solder your panel together.

Why? 

At the end of this class you will have a beautiful stained glass window and you’ll have lots of fun making it!

Intermediate Copper Foiled
Stained Glass Class ​

What?

This is the intermediate class to learn how to do copper foil technique in stained glass. You will advance your skills in cutting and grinding glass. You’ll have the opportunity to make a much more complex window or hanging. We will also be looking at some more advanced soldering skills.

Why? 

At the end of this class you will have a beautiful stained glass piece of art and you’ll have lots of fun making it!

When?  
I  do require that you either have taken our Beginning Copper Foil class or have some experience before signing up for this class. If you are interested in furthering your skills in copper foil we can schedule a day or evening class for you. Advanced Techniques in
Copper Foiling

Right now, I am not offering an advanced copper foiling class but possibly will in the future.

If you are an advanced copper foil artist, I do offer studio time where you have full use of my shop and tools to make your creations.  I also am available for limited help if required.
